BioSo what is there to say? I am a multifaceted geek that is dangerously close to 40
I am prone to geek about "Doctor Who," Science Fiction Conventions (www.fencon.org), Steam Trains, The Dallas Stars, The Texas Rangers, and Music. I have traveled thousands of miles to participate in all of the above. As far as music goes, my biggest interests are Bob Dylan, Richard Thompson, Pink Floyd, Fairport Convention, T Bone Burnett and Brave Combo (who also was the band at my wedding reception!) but there are countless more I can go on about. I am just starting to really get into Loudon Wainwrigth III
I will probably also go on a bit about my family but I will try to keep that to a minimum. I have a wife and a 3 year old son, not to mention a Sister, Mother and Father, plus a full complement of in laws. The most shocking thing about my family is that we all pretty much get along. I even think my Mother-in-law likes me!
Hmm, I have a job as well, but it isn't fun or satisfying so I doubt I will talk about that much.
I have some fairly strong political views but I find you tend to annoy people if you discuss politics to much.
